Mark Iskandar founded UBIC and is a licensed California general contractor. He came up through engineering, and he prices and schedules from the drawings rather than from optimism.

The crew carries more than 35 years of combined construction experience. UBIC has been in business for eight years, with offices in Los Angeles and Spokane.

A project succeeds when the client would build with UBIC again and every person on site goes home safe.

Francisco is on the field crew for masonry, concrete, and foundation work. He picks up the task that keeps the crew moving.

Xavier handles construction accounting: job costs, billing, payroll, and month-end statements. He holds an accounting degree from the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla.
